4. Appointments and Cancellations

• Customers must notify us at least 2 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• For emergency callouts, once a locksmith has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full callout fee will apply.

• We provide a 12-month warranty on all products and services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

• Loss or damage caused by delays in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
• Damage resulting from customer-provided instructions or third-party interference after service completion.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property. Delays caused by obstructed access or incorrect information may result in additional charges.
